Who works at The Flamingo House?
We’re home to creatives, freelancers, remote/hybrid workers, and entrepreneurs from across various industries. Some professionals have The Flamingo House as their official office space, while others stop by for a few hours as needed.
What hours can I work at The Flamingo House?
We are open for coworking M-F from 9am-5pm. Dedicated Desk Memberships + Private Offices have 24/7 access, 7 days a week.
Where do I book a membership?
Hot desks, virtual memberships, dedicated desks, and the meeting room can be booked online. Private offices are very limited and are booked through our waitlist.

What is the hot desk workspace like?
Our hot desks are located in our cafe area. There are round bistro tables with chairs + booths, as well as a vertical desk area.
How is parking?
We have complimentary parking at the front and in the lot located at the side of the building.
Can I bring my lunch?
Yes! We have a fridge in the shared kitchen, along with utensils and bowls/plates. However, we are also conveniently located to many nearby food options, both in walking distance or a short drive. Feel free to also have your lunch delivered!
Can I store my desktop, equipment, or supplies at The Flamingo House?
Dedicated Desk memberships and Private Offices allow you to store your workday belongings in your designated space.
Can I take a call in the shared working space?
We ask you to use your best coworking etiquette and be respectful to those around you. We have two phone booths, as well as ideal outdoor space and conference room to hop on any calls during your workday. Or, opt for a private office.
If I sign up for a virtual mailbox, when can I start using my address?
Immediately after you sign up! We'll send you an onboarding email and you'll be on your way.
How do I apply for a private office?
After touring the space, you apply for a private office online. Look for “member login” at the navigation, then press the “join the waitlist" button.
Where do I get my mail?
Your mail can be collected, M-F, 9am-5pm in the kitchen end cabinet labeled “incoming mail.” You can always ask a Community Connector for assistance.
Where do I place outgoing mail?
In the console table by the front door, in the furthest cabinet from the door.
What is the cancellation policy?
A written 15-day heads-up of any change in membership is required. The monthly payment will renew automatically after initial sign up. We charge members on the 1st of the month prior to the following first of the month.
Those booking the Conference Room or Focus pod must cancel up to 48 hours prior to booking to receive a full refund.
